About Me
The Neurodivergent Whisperer
Christine Macinnis, The Neurodivergent Whisperer, specializes in supporting couples and adult family members of neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and PDA profiles. The approach is rooted in her lived experience as an AuDHD person with a PDA profile, her therapeutic background as a trauma-informed, licensed marriage and family therapist, and focuses on affirming the strengths and unique perspectives of each member of the couple or family. She received her title, the Neurodivergent Whisperer, from an ND family she had previously worked with, and it stuck!

01.
You love each other. But sometimes it feels like you're speaking entirely different languages, and neither of you has a translation dictionary.
No topic is too tender, too complicated, or too outside the norm. This is a space built for your whole relationship, not a edited version of it.
Christine goes deep: into how your unique neurotypes shape the way you connect, fight, repair, and experience intimacy, including sexuality. Because a fully understood relationship is a fully alive one.
02.
Every person in a family experiences their neurotype differently and when those differences go unnamed, they can quietly become the source of confusion, fear, and conflict that no one quite knows how to resolve.
Through affirming coaching, each family member begins to see how the others experience the world — not just intellectually, but genuinely. What looked like defiance starts to look like overwhelm. What felt like rejection starts to look like dysregulation.
Understanding changes everything.
Here, every voice matters. Every experience is valid. And no one gets left behind.
03.
Raising a child who has a PDA profile can be rewarding, but it can also be so challenging!
Mostly due to how the world views your child and the approaches you need to take to parent them. Work with a coach who is not only trained through PDA North America and informed through the PDA Society of the UK, but also is PDA herself.
Christine understands the unique needs of the PDA child, from understanding hierarchies within relationships for a PDA teen, to why your PDA child will use their body rather than their words when dysregulated.

Workplace Navigation Coaching
You're exceptional at what you do. You can out-think, out-build, and out-strategize almost anyone in the room. But somehow the unwritten rules of the workplace, the politics, the social dynamics, the feedback that never quite makes sense, keep getting in the way of the recognition you've earned.
This isn't a you problem. It's a translation problem.
Working with a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming coach who has spent years decoding exactly these dynamics, you'll finally have a guide who gets both the brilliance and the blindspots — without asking you to be anyone other than who you are.
